1. The Promoter
This prize competition (the "Competition") is run by BNS Media Productions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14659811), trading as PicksIQ ("we", "us", "our"). Any reference to the "Promoter" means BNS Media Productions Ltd.
2. How to enter
- Entry is free of charge. No purchase is necessary.
- You must hold a verified PicksIQ user account to enter.
- To enter, sign in at picksiq.com and complete all nine prediction questions and both tiebreakers at picksiq.com/world-cup-2026/pick-the-winner.
- Only one entry is permitted per PicksIQ account. Multiple entries, duplicate accounts, or automated submissions will be disqualified without notice.
- You may edit your entry at any time before the Entry Deadline. Once the deadline passes, your final saved entry is locked and cannot be changed.
3. Entry deadline
All entries must be submitted and locked by 11 June 2026, 18:00 UTC (the "Entry Deadline"). Entries received or edited after this time will not be counted.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and other countries where PicksIQ is legally able to operate a free-entry prize competition.
5. Scoring
Your final score is calculated from the correctness of your answers against the actual outcomes of FIFA World Cup 2026, as follows:

| Maximum possible score | 190 |
6. Tiebreakers
Entrants are ranked by total score. If two or more entrants are tied:
- First tiebreaker: closest guess (by absolute difference) for total goals scored across all 104 matches of the tournament.
- Second tiebreaker: if still tied, the earliest entry submission timestamp wins.
7. Settlement and results source
Tournament outcomes will be determined from FIFA's official published results as of 19 July 2026, 23:59 UTC. In the unlikely event of a replayed match, disqualification, or post-final adjustment by FIFA, the Promoter reserves the right to use FIFA's final published results for settlement.
8. Prizes
- 1st place: USD $100 Tremendous gift card
- 2nd place: USD $50 Tremendous gift card
- 3rd place: USD $25 Tremendous gift card
Total prize pool: USD $175. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for tax implications in the winner's jurisdiction.

9. Winner notification
- Winners will be announced on picksiq.com/world-cup-2026/leaderboard within 48 hours of the final on 19 July 2026.
- Winners will be notified by email at the address registered with their PicksIQ account.
- Winners must acknowledge their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and award it to the next-highest eligible entrant.
10. Skill-based competition
This is a skill-based prediction Competition. Entry requires judgement based on knowledge of the participating nations, the tournament format, and likely outcomes. The Competition is not a lottery, gambling activity, or game of pure chance, and is therefore not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
11. Disputes and the Promoter's decision
The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any queries or disputes should be addressed to info@picksiq.com.
12. Data and publicity
Personal data submitted in connection with this Competition is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, winners agree to their PicksIQ username and country being displayed publicly on the leaderboard and in winner announcements on picksiq.com and its social channels. No personal contact information will ever be published.
13. Right to amend or cancel
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, including (but not limited to) force majeure, cancellation or postponement of the FIFA World Cup 2026, or material changes to the tournament format.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
